Settings
Appearance
Appearance settings let you customize the visual identity of your club within Omoplata. Adjust the color scheme to match your club's branding so that the admin dashboard, member portal, and public website all feel like a natural extension of your brand.
Navigate to Settings > Appearance to access these options.
Color scheme
The color scheme setting controls the primary accent color used throughout the platform. This color appears in:
- Navigation highlights -- Active menu items and selected tabs.
- Buttons -- Primary action buttons use your brand color.
- Links -- Clickable text throughout the interface.
- Badges and indicators -- Status badges, progress bars, and attention indicators.
- Public website -- Your club's public-facing website uses the same color scheme.
- Member portal -- Members see your brand color when they log in.
Choose a color that represents your club's identity. Many martial arts clubs use colors that match their art -- red for Muay Thai, blue for BJJ, or black and white for traditional styles.
The color scheme is configured in Settings > Appearance.
Club logo
Your club logo appears in several places across the platform:
- Login page -- The logo is displayed on the sign-in screen.
- Navigation sidebar -- A small version of the logo appears at the top of the admin dashboard sidebar.
- Invoices and documents -- Generated invoices and contracts include your club logo.
- Public website -- The logo appears prominently on your public-facing club page.
- Email notifications -- Some notification templates include the club logo in the email header.
Upload a high-quality version of your logo for the best appearance across all sizes. A square or landscape-oriented logo works best for the various display contexts.
Branding across areas
Your appearance settings affect all areas of Omoplata:
Admin dashboard
The dashboard used by club owners, trainers, and staff. Your color scheme is applied to the navigation, buttons, and interactive elements.
Member portal
The self-service area where members manage their profile, view schedules, and handle billing. Your branding makes the portal feel like your club's own platform rather than a generic tool.
Public club website
If your club uses the built-in public website feature, appearance settings are applied to the site's design. This gives prospective members a consistent visual experience from the moment they discover your club to when they become active members.
Check-in station
The tablet or kiosk interface used for member check-in at the door. Your branding appears on the check-in screen so members immediately recognize it.
Consistent branding
By setting your color scheme and logo once, the branding is applied consistently across every touchpoint -- from the public website a prospect first visits, to the portal they use daily as a member, to the check-in screen they see when they walk through the door.
