General settings
General settings define the foundational details of your club -- its name, location, timezone, and language. These settings affect how dates are displayed, which language the interface uses, and what information appears across the platform.
Navigate to Settings > General to access these options.
Club information
Club name
The name of your club as it appears throughout the platform, on invoices, in notification emails, and on your public club website.
Contact email
The primary email address for your club. This is used as the sender address for system notifications and as the reply-to address for member communications.
Signup link
An optional external URL where new members can sign up. When set, this link is accessible from the admin interface for quick sharing.
Location
Country
The country where your club operates. This affects date formatting conventions and is used for regional settings like public holiday detection.
State / Region
The state or province within your country. Used alongside the country setting for regional configurations.
Timezone
The timezone your club operates in. All class schedules, occurrence times, billing dates, and timestamps throughout the platform use this timezone. Make sure this matches your local time to avoid confusion with class start times.
Timezone changes
Changing the timezone affects how all dates and times are displayed going forward. Existing records retain their original timestamps but will be displayed in the new timezone.
Language
System language
Choose the language for the entire platform interface. Available languages are:
- English
- German (Deutsch)
- Portuguese - Brazil (Portugues - Brasil)
Changing the system language immediately updates all interface text, navigation labels, and system-generated content. Notification templates are separate and must be edited independently for each language.
Feature toggles
Enable members export
When enabled, an Export button appears on the Members page, allowing admins to download the full member roster as an Excel file.
Show graduation
Enables the belt graduation tracking feature across the platform. When active, member profiles show their current belt rank and stripe count for each discipline. The members list includes a Graduation column, and the graduation management tools become available.
Hide attendance requirements
Only visible when graduation is enabled. When turned on, members cannot see how many classes they need to attend before their next belt promotion. The attendance requirements are still tracked internally but are hidden from the member portal. This is useful if your club prefers that promotion decisions remain at the trainer's discretion.
Saving changes
After modifying any general settings, scroll to the bottom and click Save to apply your changes. A confirmation message appears when the settings are saved successfully.
