What is Omoplata?
Omoplata is a complete management solution designed specifically for martial arts clubs and combat sports academies. Whether you run a small BJJ gym or a large multi-discipline academy teaching Muay Thai, Judo, Wrestling, and more, Omoplata gives you the tools to manage every aspect of your club from a single dashboard.
Each club gets its own private environment with isolated data, so your members' information stays secure and separate. Omoplata runs in the cloud -- there is nothing to install, and your team can access it from any device with a web browser.
Key features
Omoplata covers everything you need to run a martial arts academy:
- Member management -- Maintain a full roster with profiles, contact details, belt ranks, and membership history. Support for adults, kids (with parent/guardian management), and family memberships.
- Class scheduling -- Create your weekly timetable with classes for each discipline. Define time slots, assign trainers, set capacity limits, and let members sign up for sessions.
- Billing and invoicing -- Automate recurring charges based on membership plans. Generate invoices, process SEPA direct debits, and track payment status across your entire member base.
- Attendance tracking -- Monitor who shows up to train. Members can check in via the portal or a tablet at the front desk. Identify at-risk members who have not trained recently.
- Leads and trials -- Capture prospective members through your public website, schedule trial classes, and convert leads into full members with a streamlined workflow.
- Messaging -- Send messages to individual members or groups. Communicate class cancellations, event announcements, or important updates directly through the platform.
- Shop -- Sell gi, rashguards, and other merchandise to your members with a built-in product catalog and order tracking.
- Graduation tracking -- Record belt promotions and track each member's progression through the ranking system of their discipline.
- Member portal -- Give your members a self-service area where they can view their schedule, download invoices, update their profile, and manage their payment methods.
- Analytics -- View reports on membership growth, revenue, attendance trends, and other key metrics to help you make informed decisions about your club.
Platform areas
This documentation covers the App -- the admin dashboard where club owners, managers, and trainers run daily operations. The App is where you manage members, schedule classes, handle finances, and configure your club settings.
Omoplata also includes other areas that work alongside the App:
- Portal -- A self-service area for your members. They can view upcoming classes, check their billing, download documents, and manage their profile. Members access the portal through your club's website.
- Station -- A tablet or kiosk interface placed at the entrance of your academy. Members use it to check in when they arrive for class.
- Club website -- A public-facing website for your club that shows your class schedule and allows prospective members to sign up for trial classes.
You do not need to configure the Portal, Station, or Club website separately -- they pull their data from the settings and content you manage in the App.
